Kuroshio Taiwan Art Musuem

Taiwanese artist Aven Chen is a distinguished oil painting master and a life-size portrait artist. He is renowned for his unique painting techniques, perfectly blending the rigor of classical techniques with the fluid expression of modern art. In 1988, he won Janet T. Royce Award from the Pastel Society of America, and He received the Artist Showcase Award at the International Arts Competition Manhattan 1999.
